Bunker Hill Clerk Treasurer

Located at  101 West Broadway, The Utility Building is home to the Clerk Treasurer's Office which is responsible for much of the town's administration, including:

• Housing current ordinances and minutes from town council meetings, both which are available for reading.

• Providing a notary service.

• Handling phone calls for the town and the utility department.

• Administering the town financial aspects such as

  • Paying town bills

  • Budget preparation

  • Annual report compilation for the state

• Serving as the billing department for the Bunker Hill Utility Department (water, sewer, storm water, trash)
